Trinity has a dynamic team of ordained and lay leaders.


The Rev'd Peter Johnston

Peter is the Rector of Trinity.  A graduate of Yale College and Yale Divinity School, Peter has pastoral training in the military, in schools, and to the homeless.  An avid reader and aspiring writer, he hopes to contribute to a renaissance of Christian culture. He lives in Broussard with his wife Carla and their four children.


The Rev'd Dr Nathan White

Nathan is our Associate Rector for Spiritual Formation.  An Army Chaplain, he has extensive experience in counseling and pastoral care.  After deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, Nathan earned a PhD from the University of Durham.  He continues his research as the Executive Director of the Institute for Faith and Resilience.  He lives in Lafayette with his wife Caroline and their two children.


The Rev’d Bob Ogle

Bob is our Associate Rector for Missions and Pastoral Care. A lifelong missionary, Bob has preached the gospel all around the world, including long-term connections to St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands and South Africa. He now runs a mission non-profit, Mission Possible, and brings to Trinity the infectious desire to share the love of God with all. First ordained in the Southern Baptist Convention, Bob is now pursuing ordination in the Anglican Diocese of the Western Gulf Coast. Bob lives in Lafayette with his wife Cheryl, with whom he has three grown children.
